Villa Rosa Hotel is an elegant four-star property facing Lake Garda in Desenzano del Garda. The hotel occupies a lakefront position on Lungolago Cesare Battisti, separated from the shore by the waterfront road and facing Desenzanino Beach. Lake Garda and the distant Sirmione peninsula provide the principal views, while the landscaped garden and pool create a quieter environment behind the elegant façade.
Villa Rosa presents a graceful Neoclassical-inspired exterior paired with understated contemporary interiors. Soft neutral tones, marble bathrooms, elegant furnishings and abundant natural light create a polished atmosphere, while balconies allow every room to maintain some connection with the outdoors.
The hotel offers 62 rooms and suites across four categories. Standard Rooms measure approximately 18 square metres and accommodate up to two guests, while 22-square-metre Superior Rooms can accommodate up to three and overlook the garden and pool from their side balconies.
Junior Suites measure approximately 25 square metres and occupy the front of the hotel with direct lake views, while the 30-square-metre Suites are positioned in the hotel turret and add separate living space, broad windows and balconies overlooking Lake Garda. Amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, 55-inch Smart TVs, minibars, safes, tea and coffee-making facilities, bathrobes and slippers.
Rose & Sapori Restaurant is the culinary focus of the hotel, serving refined contemporary cuisine built around carefully selected seasonal ingredients. Lunch and dinner are offered à la carte, with meat and fish dishes presented in an elegant but relaxed style and gluten-free alternatives forming an important part of the menu.
Dining spaces include elegant indoor rooms, a covered veranda and a spacious terrace overlooking Lake Garda and the Sirmione peninsula. During summer, the poolside Bar & Bistro serves lighter lunches, snacks and drinks, while the hotel’s breakfast buffet can also be enjoyed in lake-view surroundings.

Desenzano is particularly well positioned for exploring southern Lake Garda, with regular ferries providing connections to other lakeside towns. Sirmione is easily reached by road or boat, while Verona, Brescia and attractions including Gardaland can be incorporated into day trips from the hotel.
